Information handling

This policy describes the static site and local tools provided by meteorptch247.buzz. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].

Reading the site

You do not need an account to read the guides. The site code does not include advertising trackers, analytics, embedded maps, external fonts or third-party media players. Images and supporting files are requested from the same website.

Delivering a website necessarily exposes technical request information to the hosting infrastructure, such as an IP address, requested path, time and browser information. Hosting or security services may process request logs for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. The static page code does not set a server-log retention period or provide access to those logs. Do not interpret this policy as a claim that visiting a website creates no technical records.

Location-note drafts

The contact tool constructs plain text in your browser. It does not submit a form to a server, upload attachments or automatically send email. Draft fields are not written to cookies or localStorage by this tool. They remain in the current page’s memory and may be lost when the page is closed or reloaded. Browser form restoration or device features may operate independently.

Copy brief requests clipboard access only when you select it. Save text creates a local download. Your device, clipboard history, download folder, backups or any application into which you paste the text may retain it. Avoid including confidential location information or other people’s personal data.

Browser preferences

If you explicitly save a cookie preference on the settings page, the site stores a choice and a timestamp in localStorage under meteorptch247-cookie-preference. This is browser storage, not an HTTP cookie. It is not automatically sent with page requests. It remains until replaced or cleared through your browser. See Cookie settings for details and controls.

Email you choose to send

Opening a mail link uses your own email application. If you send us a message, the information you include, your email address and ordinary message metadata will be processed through the relevant email services to read and respond to your enquiry. Send only information necessary for the question. We do not need identity documents, access credentials or confidential production files.

Correspondence should be retained only as needed to address the enquiry, preserve necessary records or meet applicable obligations. No fixed deletion schedule is promised here. You can ask about a specific message or request deletion, subject to legitimate retention needs and applicable law.

Links and third parties

External source links take you to independent websites with their own policies. We do not control their data handling. A normal link does not load that external site’s content into these pages; following it starts a separate request.

Your enquiries and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, object to processing, or complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Contact us with enough context to locate the information without disclosing unnecessary sensitive data. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

Changes

If the site’s tools or data practices change, this page should be revised to reflect them. Check the current policy before providing information. No sale of personal information or behavioural advertising is implemented by the site code described here.
